By using Courtak, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Courtak is a court booking platform that connects players with sports venues. We provide the technology to discover courts, check availability, and make reservations. We do not own, operate, or control the courts, facilities, or venues listed on our platform.
When using Courtak, you agree to provide accurate information when registering, arrive on time for your bookings, follow the rules and policies of each venue, treat venue staff and other players with respect, and not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Sports activities involve inherent risks of injury. By using Courtak to book courts, you acknowledge that you participate in sports activities at your own risk. Courtak is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur before, during, or after your bookings.
Court photos, descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by venues and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that facilities will match their descriptions. Any concerns about court conditions, equipment, or services should be addressed directly with the venue.
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Courtak is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage to your property at any venue, including but not limited to phones, wallets, sports equipment, or vehicles.
Bookings are subject to availability and venue confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by venue. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or restrictions as determined by individual venues. Please review each venue's policies before booking.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, harass other users or venue staff, or repeatedly fail to honor bookings. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Courtak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Courtak after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
